Meredith recently graduated as Valedictorian from the Sutherland-Chan School & Teaching Clinic in June 2009.During her two years at Sutherland-Chan, Meredith became experienced in working with numerous types of clientele,including;people who have been affected by stroke, high risk pregnancy and people receiving palliative treatment at Toronto's Princess Margaret Hospital. Through these outreaches, Meredith found her initial calling to Massage Therapy was reinforced-the power of touch to bring healing and acceptance to the human body and its amazing capabilities.
Meredith feels that each individual client represents a unique opportunity for learning, understanding and empathy. She is dedicated to the wellness of her clients, as well as her own. Meredith feels strongly about the use of physical and mental exercise to combat the effects of stress and injury, and feels massage therapy is a great way to start!!
In her spare time, Meredith enjoys spending time with her family, playing indoor and beach volleyball and cheering on the Toronto Maple Leafs!! Go Leafs Go!!
